Each session is a co-creative process, empowering you in your own healing journey.

In the first session, you will be asked a few questions about your personal history, your current health status and the current challenges arising in your life. From that information and discussion, we will co-create an intention for the session. I am guided throughout by your energy field and the Universal energy field to support exactly what your body, mind and spirit require. I am trained in a range of treatments that can also be utilized to best address your intention. I will use my intuitive gifts, alongside the treatments chosen, to guide your energy field re-patterning.

After the intention is set, you will lie on the massage table, fully clothed, and either light touch or a hands-off approach will be used based on your preference. I will begin by scanning your body’s energy field to assess its patterning. Through the session, I may use dialogue, visualization and somatic awareness to help guide and enhance the energetic re-patterning; creating more balance, strength, flow and harmony in your body and in your energy field.

You may experience body sensations such as tingling, vibrations, currents, heat, cold, or waves; there may be muscle releases sensed as twitches or pops; you may notice gurgling in your stomach. Thoughts, images, and emotions may arise for processing either internally or with my aid.

When the session is complete, we will talk briefly about any energetic shifts, insights or other occurrences you experienced to help with integration and we can work together to create self-care practices to support integration of the session into your life.

Evolutionary astrology focuses on growth and evolution of the soul. This core level work includes looking at karmic and deep psychological processes and complexes hidden from conscious awareness but discovered by exploring your astrological chart. By uncovering karmic, lineage and personal patterns and traumas, you are empowered to consciously work to resolve and integrate them advancing your evolution and aligning more fully with your authentic self.

Here we dive deep into your astrological birth chart or natal chart. The natal chart shows where the heavenly bodies were at the exact time of your birth. It provides a blueprint of your soul’s journey through this lifetime. This journey is not fated, but is full of potential, with a myriad ways for you to manifest your chart. The birth chart is a reflection of your inner being overlaid by all the inter-generational and personal patterns, traumas, habits, limiting beliefs, and shadow elements that you have an opportunity now to bring to conscious awareness, heal and integrate.

Your birth chart also reflects your hidden gifts and abilities and where you have opportunities to shine. We examine these latent gifts and opportunities as well as your challenges, and where they may manifest in different areas of your life - your family, friends, school, work, career, finances, or intimate relationships, depending on your planet placements. At the deepest level, your natal chart reading will bring a deeper understanding about why you are here - your purpose.

Your birth date, birth time and birth location are needed for an exact astrological birth chart to be drawn up.  You can refer to your baby book or ask your parents for this information.  You can also find this information in your birth records which most hospitals hold for up to 50 years. If you do not know your birth time, it is helpful if you know whether you were born during the day or night.  

A transit reading explores where the outer planets of Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are moving presently in the sky and how they are connecting with and influencing your Natal Chart planet placements.

Planetary transits indicate what potentials are showing themselves in your life at the present time. The Transit reading allows you to work consciously with the energies as they arise, empowering your actions and choices. You are then better able to ride the energetic waves of life with more ease, flow, conscious awareness and agency.

You will benefit from planetary transit readings periodically. We suggest approximately every six months or sooner if challenges are arising in your life.
