Dina Curran, BA, RPCC, CT

Dina Curran is a registered professional counsellor who uses a holistic and spiritual approach to support individuals and couples on their journey to healing and self-discovery. She believes that addressing the whole person, mind, body, and spirit creates the best foundation for lasting change and well-being.

Dina tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients, working collaboratively to help them navigate challenges, access their inner strength, and create meaningful change. In her practice, Dina creates a safe and compassionate space for clients to process emotions, reflect on their experiences, and discover new ways of dealing with emotions, thoughts and circumstances.

Through mindfulness practices, she can support clients in staying present and grounded. These techniques empower clients to reconnect with their authentic selves and find greater balance and peace. Dina can also support clients with lifestyle choices, self-care practices, somatic resources and Issues related to personal faith or spiritual beliefs.
